The content generated by the YoungHam team is Creative Commons of YoungHam. The Creative Commons license allows you to copy the material, redistribute it and change it, BUT it enforces attribution, not-for-sale use, and the work MUST be released under the same license.

You can use YoungHam's content, including logos, graphics, multimedia or other content in the following ways:

• Usage on a website, where the content is hosted by the user (and not hosted on YH's servers), where attribution is given to said content, and where said content is both released FOR FREE (meaning not for sale) and is released under the EXACT SAME license as the content was originally released under.
• Usage in print or other media where attribution is given. Other media may be sold but access to the content may not be sold.
• Usage in other forms where attribution is given to YoungHam, and it is neither sold nor released under a different license.

You cannot use YoungHam's content, including logos, graphics, multimedia or other content in the following ways:

• Usage on a website where the content is sold, is pay-per-view, or in any other way is profitable to the user, is hosted from YoungHam's servers, where attribution is not given or given to the wrong source, or is claimed to be under copyright/public domain by the user.
• Usage on any media where the license conditions have been broken.

You can contact us to gain permission to use the content for commercial purposes; we won't bite and we will nearly always give you permission, as long as your justification and usage is fair.

If we had our way, everything would be free and open source, but alas it is not. Some of the code powering YoungHam is derivative of Copyrighted or otherwise-restricted code.

The Tango Icon Set (used for Control Panel and other purposes) is subject to the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.5 Generic License.
